What do you want to move?

Pick the result. I'll show you what changes, how we measure it and what you keep. I'm Richard Mayne, and I help you find the cause and put a practical fix into the business.

Where I can help

Seven results. Pick the one you want.

Fewer customers lost between the first enquiry and the next renewal.

What changes
We find the three moments where customers drift away. Each gets an owner and a recovery routine.
Measured by
Repeat contacts, time to resolution and retention.
You keep
A weekly review your managers run without me.
Timeline
Diagnostic in 1 to 2 weeks. Changes live in 4 to 6.

Every shift gives the same answer.

What changes
We settle what staff can decide without asking. Managers learn to back those decisions. We check it on shift, not in a workshop.
Measured by
Consistency across sites, escalations and repeat complaints.
You keep
Written standards, a coaching routine and a simple branch check.
Timeline
Diagnostic in 1 to 2 weeks. Changes live in 4 to 6.

More enquiries become sales.

What changes
We follow an enquiry from the first message to the decision. Then we fix the slow reply, the missed follow up and the unclear offer.
Measured by
Response time, enquiry to sale conversion and follow ups completed.
You keep
Scripts, a follow up routine and a weekly exception report.
Timeline
Diagnostic in 1 to 2 weeks. Changes live in 4 to 6.

Revenue stops slipping out the side door.

What changes
We review renewal pricing, discounts and how price rises get explained to customers.
Measured by
Revenue recovered against an agreed baseline, and customers lost after a price change.
You keep
Pricing rules and a talk track your team can use.
Timeline
Diagnostic in 1 to 2 weeks. Scope agreed before any build.

Trading in a new market with a team that knows what to do on day one.

What changes
A demand and competitor view, a launch plan, and local managers briefed before launch day.
Measured by
Launching on the date, and first 90 day sales against plan.
You keep
The plan and trained local managers.
Timeline
Scope and timing agreed first.

A stuck decision gets made.

What changes
Stakeholder calls, a fast look at the evidence you already have, then three options with trade offs and one recommendation.
Measured by
A decision made and an owner named within two weeks.
You keep
The written recommendation and what to check at 30 days.
Timeline
Two weeks.

The report nobody reads becomes Monday's actions.

What changes
We take research or a dashboard you already own and turn it into a one page action list with owners.
Measured by
Actions closed in 30 days.
You keep
The list and a weekly review.
Timeline
Typically 1 to 2 weeks.

Try it with your numbers

What is a few points of conversion worth?

Most businesses know their enquiries. Fewer know what one more sale in every ten is worth. Move the sliders and see.

The starting numbers are examples. Replace them with yours. This is a rough illustration, not a forecast, and nothing you type is stored.

A question I ask about service

It's 8 pm. The manager has gone home. What happens next?

Three short scenes. Pick what the person on shift does. In every one, the best answer only exists if someone wrote the rule down beforehand.

Illustrative scenes. Not drawn from any client.

A practical example

No customer should tell the story twice.

A customer explains a problem online, calls the branch, then visits. Each person asks for the story again. The fix is usually a shared record, a named owner and a clear handover rule. Software comes later, if at all.

Measure it with repeat contacts about the same issue, time until an owner takes responsibility, and time to resolution. Illustrative scenario, not a client case study.

Online chat"My order 4821 arrived in the wrong size."Agent asks for the order number and the photo.
Branch phone"Hi, I messaged yesterday about order 4821, wrong size."Starts again. Nobody can see the chat.
In person"I've been trying to sort out order 4821 for three days."Starts again. Customer is now angry.

How it gets built

The tools follow the problem.

Every result above uses some mix of these four. I choose them after the diagnostic, not before.

01

Customer experience and frontline standards

Find where the customer journey breaks. Give teams clear service and sales standards, useful scripts and a coaching routine managers can use on a busy shift.

Outputs: journey map, operating standards and rollout plan.
Measures: consistency, conversion, recovery and customer feedback.
Explore CX consulting
02

Decision dashboards

Bring the few numbers that change a decision into one operating view. Agree who acts when a signal appears, rather than adding another report nobody owns.

Outputs: defined metrics, source mapping and an operating dashboard.
Measures: reporting time, response speed and branch variance.
03

Practical AI and automation

Reduce repetitive reporting, drafting, summaries and follow up. Keep human review where a reply or decision needs judgement.

Outputs: documented workflows, review points and team guidance.
Measures: hours saved, errors, turnaround and completion.
04

Operational applications

Give incidents, visits, audits and actions one place to be recorded and followed through. Build around the people doing the work and the systems you already use.

Outputs: an agreed prototype, pilot or production tool, with ownership and support defined.
Measures: completion, closure time and repeat issues.

Customer experience

A customer promise your team can deliver.

Customers experience the handover, the reply and the way a problem gets resolved. Customer experience is the thread through most of this page. It has its own home.

01

Understand the journey

Where customers get stuck and what staff need to deliver it.

02

Choose useful measures

Feedback and operating signals tied to decisions someone can take.

03

Act before customers leave

Missed follow ups and complaints get an owner and a recovery routine.

04

Make it work on shift

Standards, coaching and a regular review of what customers meet.

In the field

Training that reaches the floor. Launches that work locally.

One message, reinforced on shift.

Short briefings help teams understand a product, a customer conversation or a service standard. The manager still needs to observe, coach and check that it happens.

Indonesia: strategy and frontline execution · Open video

A launch must work in the local market.

A campaign can be agreed at head office while local teams still need to know what changes in front of the customer. Support can include message localisation, manager preparation, frontline briefings and launch reporting.

How we work

Start small. Be clear about the work.

01 · WORKING SESSION

Talk it through.

We discuss the problem and whether a closer look would be worthwhile.

Free initial conversation. No obligation.

02 · PAID DIAGNOSTIC

Find out what to change.

We review the workflow, the available evidence and the current cost. You get priorities and a recommended scope.

Typically 1 to 2 weeks. Fixed scope and price agreed in advance.

03 · BUILD AND EMBED

Make it stick.

Put the agreed changes into practice, test them with the team and transfer the tools and operating responsibility.

Focused engagements typically 4 to 6 weeks, from S$15,000. Timing and investment depend on scope.

Before we speak

A few practical questions.

How will I know it worked?

We agree the measure and the starting number before any work begins. After that you can see whether the number moved.

Can we start with something small?

Yes. The first conversation is free. A paid diagnostic has a fixed scope and price, and you can stop after it.

Must we replace our systems?

No. We start by examining what can improve within the systems you already use. Integration and any replacement are scoped against actual access and constraints.

Who will I work with?

Richard leads diagnosis and direction. Specialist support can be brought into the agreed scope when needed.

Who owns the tools?

Accounts, access, source material, third party licences and support responsibilities are agreed before the build starts.

Where do you work?

Singapore and Southeast Asia, with operating experience in Malaysia and Indonesia as well as Singapore.
